• Examine, diagnose, and treat dental issues in pediatric patients
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to children's needs
• Educate patients and their guardians on oral hygiene practices and preventive care
• Perform routine dental procedures including cleanings, fillings, and sealants
• Ensure a safe, comfortable, and positive experience for young patients
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with regulatory standards
• Collaborate with dental team members to ensure comprehensive patient care

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Valid state dental license and pediatric specialty certification (if applicable)
• Prior experience working with children in a dental setting preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient, and able to create a welcoming environment for young patients
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of current pediatric dental practices and safety protocols
