Every service we provide is tailored to match each person’s unique goals, dreams, and personality. Our mission is to lift people up, help them shine, and support them in building independent, fulfilling lives—all while treating everyone with respect and kindness.

Now... we’re on the lookout for some rockstar Per Diem Direct Support Staff to join our crew! Think you’ve got the heart, energy, and compassion to make a difference? Let’s go!

• Team up with awesome individuals to help them achieve their goals
• Lend a hand with daily life stuff—like meal prep, tidying up, transportation to appointments or just being a friendly presence
• Get out and about! Join community activities, events, and social outings
• Be a transportation buddy—drive and accompany clients to appointments or events
• Be a positive role model to help individuals grow

• A valid driver's license + a reliable car with current insurance and registration (you’ll be driving clients)
• CPR/First Aid certified—or willing to get certified (we’ve got you!)
• PMT certified? Awesome! Not yet? We’ll help with that too!
• You're 18+ and ready to bring your A-game
• Experience with developmental disabilities preferred, but not required
• Passion for helping people grow
