This role is responsible for managing a portfolio of clients by serving as their primary point of contact and ensuring exceptional service through effective communication, policy management, and problem resolution. Youll collaborate closely with clients, carriers, and the sales team to deliver accurate coverage recommendations, competitive renewals, and timely account servicing.
