General merchandise associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance, and recommend merchandise based on the customer's needs. They maintain Hobbies & Home Improvement displays and may be required to do paint mixing and fabric cutting.

• Greet customers on the sales floor and provide assistance.
• Recommend merchandise based on customer wants and needs.
• Maintain displays for Hobbies & Home Improvement.
• Perform paint mixing and fabric cutting as required.

In addition to base pay: annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed; multiple premiums may apply.
