Financial Planning Assistant - Robbins Financial

Position Overview:

Robbins Financial seeks a skilled Financial Planning Assistant to support our Financial Advisors in delivering seamless client experiences. This critical role focuses on executing and building efficient processes for new client applications, ensuring an effortless onboarding journey. The Financial Planning Assistant will thrive in a fast-paced environment, contributing to our firm’s growth through teamwork and a commitment to operational excellence.

Robbins Financial, headquartered in Branson, MO, with an office in Bentonville, AR, in the Ledger building, empowers clients through premier financial planning. We specialize in life insurance, retirement planning, and wealth management, providing tailored solutions with integrity, excellence, and personalized service. Our team fosters lasting client relationships with clarity and confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Application Processing: Process new client applications (life insurance, annuities, brokerage, etc.) based on advisor directives, following established processes in Microsoft Planner to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Client Onboarding Support: Collect and verify client information, organize and maintain client records, ensure applications are completed on time, coordinate with advisors to finalize submissions, and address client inquiries with clear, professional communication.
  • Task Management: Prioritize and complete tasks with urgency, leveraging experience in managing workflows to ensure timely execution.
  • Process Adherence & Development: Consistently apply firm processes while proactively building new workflows for unimplemented areas to enhance efficiency.
  • Client Experience: Ensure all responsibilities contribute to a seamless, high-quality client onboarding experience, making the process straightforward and stress-free.
  • Client Servicing: Provide ongoing support to clients by handling inquiries, updating records, and facilitating smooth interactions, recognizing that exceptional client servicing is essential for building trust, retention, and long-term relationships that drive the firm’s success.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with advisors and staff, supporting firm growth through reliable operational contributions.
  • System Proficiency: Learn our systems, such as our Prudential/LPL CRM system and Microsoft Planner for accurate data entry, process execution, client communication, and document organization.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is $50,000–$60,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: 3+ years in financial services, ideally supporting client onboarding, application processing, and client servicing in a financial advisory firm, with proven ability to prioritize workflows effectively; preferred experience serving a book of business.
  • Skills:
  • Keen attention to detail and commitment to data input accuracy, ensuring all client information is precise and error-free.
  • Ability to quickly learn systems (e.g., CRM, Microsoft Planner) and adapt to evolving priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills to guide clients and collaborate with advisors.
  • Team-oriented mindset, eager to support firm growth through reliable operational support.
  • Proactive in developing efficient processes to streamline operations.
  • Confidentiality: Proven ability to handle sensitive client information discreetly.
