Design, build, coordinate, and maintain our multi-tenant, high-complexity, enterprise-scale hosting architecture. We have opportunities for all experience levels; whether you're just starting in your career, have decades of experience and want to get in the weeds with technical infrastructure engineering or want to develop Infrastructure as Code solutions, this role provides a path to grow. Infrastructure Engineers specialize in different areas, and experience and/or interest in different technologies can be discussed during the recruitment process.

• Design, build, coordinate, and maintain our multi-tenant, high-complexity, enterprise-scale hosting architecture.
• As a member of the Hosting team, ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Epic Hosting. Follow policies and procedures and escalate when policies or procedures are not followed.
• Escalate potential security incidents and provide relevant information; meet all security responsibilities defined in policies and procedures.

• Bachelor's Degree in CIS, IS, IT, or a related field
• Relocation to Madison, WI area (reimbursed)
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
• Available to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift
