Brant Christian School is looking for a dedicated educator for a full-time teaching position in grade 5/6. This role involves creating lessons that align with Alberta’s educational standards and adapting approaches to meet diverse learner needs. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to instill a culture of learning and respect, impacting the lives of students in a nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare clear learning objectives for courses of study

• Instruct students using varied and engaging teaching methods

• Monitor and support student progress and wellbeing

• Create a safe and orderly classroom atmosphere

• Attend professional meetings and collaborate with staff
Requirements:

• Valid Alberta Teaching Certificate

• Experience with Division 1 and 2 school curriculum

• Successful Criminal Reference Check required

• Passion for Christian education and values

• Ability to build rapport with students and families
