BHNCDSB is looking for retired educators to fill occasional teaching assignments. Eligible candidates must be retired from BHNCDSB and in good standing with the Ontario College of Teachers. This position emphasizes the importance of creating an environment that fosters academic excellence and spiritual growth among students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cover daily lessons for teachers who are unavailable

• Implement lesson plans and deliver instruction effectively

• Contribute to the school's Catholic educational mission

• Engage families and participate in school community events

• Promote positive student interactions in the classroom

Requirements:

• Must be a retired teacher from BHNCDSB

• Good standing with Ontario College of Teachers essential

• Criminal Background Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening required

• Complete Annual Offence Declaration if necessary

• Strong belief in Catholic educational values
