CBI Home Health is looking to hire a Speech Language Pathologist in the Brant, Haldimand, Norfolk, Hamilton, Oakville, Halton regions.
Salary Range: $91.14 – $100.25 per visit

- Assess and implement SLP interventions (e.g., swallowing assessments, dysphagia management, communication, etc.) in a home‑based setting
- Use a collaborative, interdisciplinary, team‑based approach to care and services
- Support a holistic and restorative approach to care (e.g., enhanced stroke pathway; cognitive communication supports, etc.)
- Leverage our digital health platforms to support care delivery, collaboration, documentation, and intervention
- Registered as a member in good standing with the College of Audiologists and Speech Language Pathologists of Ontario
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance
- Person‑ and family‑centered focus in all care activities
- Comfortable delivering care both in person and via virtual methods/technology
- Passionate, empathetic, apply good judgment and critical thinking when making client decisions
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team and independently
- Flexible and capable of applying critical thinking to a variety of situations
- Value the role of a therapist in keeping clients at home where they want to be
