Position: PSW Role at AgeCare
Become a Personal Support Worker with Age Care in Burlington and deliver exceptional care to our residents.

Your role will be crucial in ensuring their safety and enhancing their daily lives.

As a PSW, you will be responsible for observing and reporting on resident care, adhering to their individual care plans. You'll assist in documentation and participate in training and meeting sessions. The position includes supporting new staff and executing infection control policies to maintain a safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure care aligns with established resident care plans

• Report observation findings to the immediate supervisor

• Attend required training, in-services, and staff meetings

• Support the onboarding process for new team members

• Implement IPAC policies consistently

Requirements:

• Completion of a PSW Certificate/Diploma Program

• Familiarity with geriatric care needs and simple treatments

• Knowledge of sanitation and cleaning techniques

• Strong commitment to quality care and resident dignity

• Openness to working within a diverse team environment
