Director of Finance Haldimand Norfolk Board

Become the Superintendent of Business and Treasurer at the Brant Haldimand Norfolk Catholic District School Board, overseeing financial strategies. This permanent position is pivotal for operational excellence in Catholic education.

You will work under the Chief Executive Officer to direct business functions, ensuring that all financial operations align with the strategic goals of the Board. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and present comprehensive annual budget plans

• Maintain oversight of financial reporting and audits

• Provide leadership in transportation and capital project functions

• Collaborate on policy revisions and accommodation reviews

• Certify the efficient utilization of resources across the Board

Requirements:

• Advanced degree and 7+ years leadership experience in education

• CPA or eligibility for Business Supervisory Officer certificate

• Understanding of non-profit financial management

• Ability to engage collaboratively with various stakeholders

• Strong skills in problem-solving and resolution techniques
