Responsibilities
Material Handling:
Safely lift, stack, and transport materials and products weighing up to 50 lbs consistently throughout each shift.

Production Support:
Feed raw materials onto conveyor systems, monitor automated equipment performance, and safely manage the off-bearing of completed products.

Quality Assurance:
Perform visual inspections of finished goods to ensure strict compliance with facility quality and compliance standards.

Safety & Maintenance:
Maintain a clean, organized workspace, resolve minor machinery blockages utilizing standard Lock-Out Tag-Out (LOTO) protocols, and promptly report mechanical issues to maintenance teams.

Operational Coordination:
Interpret digital displays, review production targets, and collaborate effectively with shift supervisors to optimize workflow and operational efficiency.

Qualifications
Physical Stamina:
Capability to stand, bend, walk, and continuously lift up to 50 lbs throughout the duration of a shift.

Communication

Skills:

Strong verbal and written English proficiency, essential for accurately interpreting digital gauges and safety manuals.

Technical Aptitude:
Excellent attention to detail and a strong willingness to learn automated machinery operations.

Reliability:
High school diploma (or equivalent), a clear criminal background check, and reliable daily transportation to the facility in Paris, ON.

Experience:

Previous experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or general labour is considered a strong asset, though comprehensive training will be provided for motivated candidates.
