In this full-time position, you will oversee the nursing team, ensuring that care is consistent and of high quality. You'll collaborate with the Director of Care to implement crucial procedures while communicating changes in residents’ health to the healthcare team. This role also involves direct supervision and support for Personal Support Workers and Registered Practical Nurses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead shift reports and ensure team awareness

• Manage resident medication and treatment administration

• Liaise effectively with physicians and health partners

• Maintain accurate resident health documentation

• Address and report workplace incidents as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and related experience

• Proven knowledge of healthcare regulations and practices

• Good standing with the provincial nursing roster

• Strong background in long-term or rehabilitation care

• Effective leadership and collaboration skills
