Wessuc is seeking a Payroll & Finance Supervisor to join its team in Brantford. In this pivotal role, you will manage accurate payroll processing, oversee compliance, and support key finance functions. Utilize your 5+ years of experience in payroll and finance to guide a dedicated team while enhancing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process bi-weekly payroll and maintain employee records accurately

• Oversee timekeeping, payroll compliance, and year-end reporting

• Support accounts payable, receivable, and purchasing functions

• Provide leadership and guidance to finance team members

• Investigate and resolve payroll-related inquiries efficiently

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in payroll, accounting, or bookkeeping

• Strong knowledge of Canadian payroll legislation and best practices

• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred

• Proficiency in payroll and spreadsheet software

• PCP designation and Payworks experience are assets
