On-Site Management Accountant at Hilton Foods

In this on-site role, you will monitor operational performance and financial reporting, ensuring all costing information is current. Your expertise in budgeting and financial reporting will aid in making impactful decisions that drive the company’s growth. Regular contact with the management team will help influence site performance, identify cost-control opportunities, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand and report on site operational performance

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts

• Update product costing information and assist in NPD

• Monitor departmental costs and seek expense reduction

• Present financial data to non-finance staff and support queries

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of Bill of Material experience

• Proficient in SAP4/Hana and Power BI

• Excellent Excel skills with a production process understanding

• Experience in cost control environments desirable

• Strong analytical and presentation skills
