The ideal candidate will contribute to the administrative team with a minimum of three years' experience in administration. Responsibilities include maintaining mailing lists, processing Naloxone data, and managing office supplies. Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain mailing lists for internal and external stakeholders
• Catalog and manage a centralized resource library
• Collate Naloxone data for health submissions
• Monitor Naloxone and office supply inventories
• Provide first response to client concerns and issues
Requirements:
• Minimum Grade 12; college preferred
• At least 3 years of administration experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Reliable transportation is a must
