Elevate your career as a Senior Variable Compensation Analyst with Open Text in Waterloo, Canada. Focus on sales compensation support, process improvements, and data analysis in a collaborative environment.
In this role, you'll report to the Manager of Variable Compensation, working closely with sales teams across business units. You’ll apply your analytical skills to ensure accurate sales compensation calculations and drive initiatives that improve processes. Collaborating with other teams at Open Text, your contributions will shape the compensation strategies that support our sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide guidance to compensation analysts and prioritize best practices
• Oversee commission pay calculations and audits by the analyst team
• Establish standardized methodologies for consistency and accuracy
• Identify and lead process automation initiatives
• Communicate effectively across business lines regarding compensation plans
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
• 5+ years in business or financial analysis
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Previous sales compensation experience preferred
• Experience with Anaplan or Xactly is a plus
