Resource Agreements Coordinator in Cochrane

This key role reports to the Business Development Officer. You will oversee the impact benefit agreements and collaborate with various partners to enhance TTN’s involvement in projects. With a focus on tangible results, you will engage with community members, advocate for opportunities, and support program development based on agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee execution and administration of impact benefit agreements

• Develop recommendations for TTN's project participation

• Collaborate with mining partners on needs assessment

• Organize community information sessions with partners

• Identify employment and training opportunities for TTN

Requirements:

• Experience in First Nations or mining sectors preferred

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Class G driver's license and personal vehicle

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Experience in records management required
