ECH - Orientation Representative
Empire Homes is seeking a Home Orientation Specialist in Breslau! In this role, you will schedule and conduct pre‑closing inspections of newly built homes, identifying and reporting deficiencies in accordance with the Tarion Construction Performance Guidelines and the Ontario Building Code. You will lead in‑person Pre‑Delivery Inspections (PDIs) with homeowners and the construction team prior to the submission of the Initial Warranty Form and oversee the completion of any outstanding deficiencies.

- College Degree or Diploma in a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience; familiarity with Tarion CPG and Ontario Building Code is an asset.
- Computer skills, including Microsoft Suite and ability to learn various programs.
- Customer service experience or exposure is an asset.
- Must have a valid "G" driver’s license.

- Schedule appointments for inspection with homeowners based on the construction closing schedule.
- Reporting, including spreadsheets and internal aging reports.
- Emailing homeowners and the Empire interdepartmental team.
- Creating on‑site files and packages, including printing documentation such as site files and CCP’s.
- Coordinating and completing PDI deficiencies.
- Conducting exterior site audits.
- Providing support to on‑site administration staff as needed.
- Following up on orientations of home operations after closing.
- Ability to travel to various sites and the office as required by the business.
