* Manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
* Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain workflow and resolve any on-site issues.
* Oversee the implementation of safety protocols and ensure compliance with local regulations.
* Monitor and maintain the quality of all construction work to meet project specifications.
* Prepare and submit daily site reports to track progress and address potential delays.
* Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to align on project goals.
* Supervise and mentor on-site staff to promote productivity and efficiency.
* Ensure proper handling and use of equipment and materials on-site.

A successful Site Superintendent - New Build should have:
