As a Construction Site Supervisor, you will coordinate all on-site activities, manage multiple construction projects, and enforce strict safety protocols. Your knowledgeable oversight will ensure compliance with design specifications and budgets for I.C.I. projects ranging from $1 to $20 million. Strong communication and leadership skills will be key to fostering productive relationships with all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct daily construction operations and activities

• Facilitate on-site meetings with trades and staff

• Monitor and enforce all safety practices and policies

• Ensure compliance with design, budget, and timeline requirements

• Engage in ongoing communication with the Lanca office

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of relevant site supervision experience

• Leadership qualities with strong communication skills

• Extensive knowledge of building codes and construction

• Valid G driver’s license required

• Minimum Grade 12 education needed
