Become a Home Orientation Representative at Empire Homes and ensure top-tier home inspections from Breslau to Brantford. Drive the pre-closing process while addressing homeowner needs.
As Empire Homes looks to fill a key replacement position, your expertise will be essential in managing the home orientation process. You'll conduct thorough inspections, lead Pre-Delivery Inspections with the construction team, and document any deficiencies to enhance home quality.
Your role will be crucial in fostering relationships and ensuring complete satisfaction for new homeowners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule and conduct home inspections pre-closing
• Identify and report deficiencies along Tarion guidelines
• Prepare documents and maintain internal aging reports
• Create inspection packages for homeowners
• Support on-site administration staff as necessary
Requirements:
• College degree or diploma in a related area
• 2-3 years experience with Ontario Building Code
• Familiarity with Microsoft Suite programs
• Valid 'G' driver's license required
• Experience with customer service an asset
