We are seeking skilled Pipelayers, Topmen, Tailmen, and Construction Labourers to join our operations team. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in the successful completion of water and sewer reconstructions, road building, site development, and other civil construction endeavors. This position offers an exciting prospect to contribute to meaningful projects while working alongside skilled professionals in a fast‑paced environment.

• Assist with the preparation of construction sites, including site clearing, excavation, grading, and sewer and water‑main work.
• Perform manual labour tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Assist equipment operators and tradespeople as needed.
• Follow all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe work environment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation on the construction site.
• Adhere to project schedules and deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Previous experience with water, sewer, or road construction and reconstruction is preferred.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and lift heavy objects.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation.
• Safety‑conscious mindset with a commitment to following safety procedures and guidelines.

• Hourly pay of $38.68 – $44.21 based on experience and qualifications, plus 10% vacation pay.
