Position: Municipal Project Coordinator Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client and subcontractor communications on project requirements

• Assist in preparing and organizing RFQs and change orders

• Coordinate development and day-to-day management of project plans

• Maintain accurate records, including progress reports and schedules

• Support financial reconciliation and invoicing alongside Project Managers

Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years in construction coordination or recent CET graduates

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

• Ability to interpret construction specifications and drawings

• Proactive communication with clients and the project team

• Willingness to learn about bidding processes and estimates
