- Must have previous experience in multiple aspects of construction.
- Build, install, and repair structural and finish carpentry, including framing, doors, windows, trim, and hardware.
- Read blueprints and perform accurate layouts to ensure quality workmanship and code compliance.
- Complete renovations, repairs, and finishing work while maintaining high standards of craftmanship.
- Work collaboratively with site supervisors and trades to keep projects on schedule and maintain a safe, organized job site.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable, self motivated, and takes pride in producing quality work with a strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
- Must have own vehicle and a valid drivers license with a clean drivers abstract.
- Must have previous experience in multiple aspects of construction.
- Assist with all phases of construction, including site preparation, demolition, framing, installations, and general labour tasks.
- Experience in the safe operation of hand and power tools, with the ability to assist carpenters on a variety of construction tasks.
- Load, unload, and move materials and equipment while keeping the job site clean, organized, and safe.
- Perform measurements, layouts, and basic construction tasks while following project plans and supervisor direction.
- Reliable, safety-conscious, physically fit, and eager to learn, with a strong work ethic and commitment to quality.
- Must have own vehicle and a valid drivers license with a clean drivers abstract.
