Ellis Don aims to enhance its team with a skilled Estimator proficient in ICI estimating. Over 5-10 years, you’ll refine your technical knowledge and leadership in managing project bids and budgets. Engaging closely with subcontractors and the scheduling team will be key to ensuring timely and accurate project implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee bid procurement and manage estimating processes

• Develop accurate project budgets and estimates

• Review and interpret drawings and tender documents

• Negotiate subcontractor pricing and contracts

• Maintain pricing databases for future referential use

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of relevant estimating experience

• Deep understanding of estimating strategies and construction contracts

• Familiarity with CostX or Blue Beam software

• Excellent communication skills for time-critical management

• Independence in overseeing project cost assessments
