Key Responsibilities:
• Manage project delivery and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams
• Define project scope and oversee budgets and schedules
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
• Maintain thorough records of project documentation
• Engage with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Engineering
• Four years of experience managing complex construction projects
• Solid understanding of building codes and regulations
• Proven skills in time management and communication
• Knowledge of project management software including MS Project
Contribute to the development and sustainability of the University of Waterloo's infrastructure through effective project management.
