• Visual Content Design: create creatives for media platforms, ad banners, brochures, flyers, posters, and branding materials; maintain brand consistency across digital and print.
• Video Editing & Motion Graphics: edit high‑quality video content for You Tube, Instagram Reels, Facebook Ads, product explainer videos, and testimonials.
• Website & Social Media Content: support graphic content for the IIIDEM website and social media platforms with modern tools and styles.
• Creative Development & Brand Consistency: create quality content while meeting deadlines, develop templates and visual guides for consistent usage.
• Image Editing & Photography: maintain brand aesthetics across all mediums.

• Graduate with any discipline with a Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in design work related to media, communication, and publications such as brochures and AV materials.

• Proficiency in Adobe products:
  Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Acrobat, and in Canva.
• Storyboard creation and impactful design aligned with content/message.
• Experience designing graphics for posters, infographics, and social media creatives.
• Experience creating graphics for digital media, visual design, communication, website updates, and social media content.

• Experience in Digital Media, Visual Design, and Communication.
• Experience supporting design across various platforms, using open‑source design and multimedia tools, and working within government digital infrastructure.
• Ability to create content in multiple Indian languages.
