Candidates should have experience in a supervisory role and be comfortable walking outdoors. Through training and daily support, you will be pivotal in ensuring team success and meeting your outreach goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of 3-4 canvassers engaging with potential voters

• Promote professionalism and uphold client standards

• Train and develop team members for optimal performance

• Report daily and weekly outcomes via online systems

• Facilitate communication through daily team meetings

Requirements:

• Minimum one year in a supervisory or management position

• Access to reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

• Detail-oriented with strong communication abilities

• Must be available Wednesday through Sunday

• Endurance for standing and walking extensively
