Culligan Customer Service

Position: Culligan Saturday Customer Service Role
Become a Customer Service Representative at Culligan working Saturdays from 9am-5pm. Assist customers with inquiries and service while enhancing their experience with water treatment solutions.

Culligan is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to manage customer interactions both in-person and over the phone. You will be responsible for scheduling installations, processing contracts, and handling customer service inquiries. This role involves multitasking, strong communication skills, and a friendly demeanor to promote our water treatment products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers and manage service inquiries

• Set up deliveries and service call appointments

• Process customer contracts and accounts

• Handle cash transactions and balance receipts

• Promote and up-sell Culligan products effectively

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service required

• Excellent phone communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask in a busy environment

• Intermediate computer skills essential

• Friendly attitude with a desire to help others
