Part-Time Community Facility Attendant

This part-time role, under the supervision of the Program Supervisor for Customer Service & Programs, offers a chance to engage with residents and visitors. You will perform public relations functions, ensure facility safety, and maintain cleanliness in recreational spaces. Your contribution is essential to fostering a welcoming atmosphere in Thunder Bay.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tours and share program information

• Supervise cleanliness and safety in change rooms

• Execute laundry and cleaning tasks as necessary

• Collect drop-in passes for class management

• Keep facility signage updated and accurate

Requirements:

• Minimum Grade 9 education required

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Experience or interest in recreation is a plus

• Must achieve First Aid and CPR certifications timely

• Availability for evening and weekend work
