You will support customers' financial needs by interviewing them for lending products and recommending suitable options. Your responsibilities will include processing transactions, maintaining records, and achieving sales goals while adhering to compliance standards. Key Responsibilities:
• Assess customer needs to provide tailored financial services
• Promote loans, cheque cashing, and money transfers proactively
• Identify cross-selling opportunities during customer interactions
• Maintain accurate records and handle cash transactions
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 1 year in retail sales or customer service
• Experience with cash handling and POS transactions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings
