Location: Delhi
Enhance customer experiences this holiday season as a Holiday Customer Service Specialist with LCBO in Delhi, Ontario. This role focuses on customer support and service during busy shopping days.
As a Holiday Customer Service Specialist, you will be present on-site from November 16 to December 31, 2026, providing exceptional service to shoppers. You will undergo paid online training to build your skills in customer service and the world of beverages, ensuring you are ready to assist customers efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve customers using our POS/Cash system
• Request donations for Spirit of Sustainability campaign
• Participate in Customer Experience surveys
• Receive inventory and replenish stock on shelves
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
Requirements:
• Legally allowed to work in Canada
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Available Fridays, weekends, and holiday dates
• Bilingualism in English and French is a bonus
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs repetitively
