BHNCDSB Retiree – Occasional Teachers' List

As a Catholic Learning Community, the Brant Haldimand Norfolk Catholic District School Board provides faith formation and academic excellence, which enables our graduates to live a life of love and service in Christ.

We are currently seeking occasional teachers that have retired from the Brant Haldimand Norfolk Catholic District School Board who may be called to fill a daily occasional assignment replacing a teacher that is absent.

To be considered for this opportunity
  • Retired teacher from the Brant Haldimand Norfolk Catholic District School Board;
  • Member in good standing with the Ontario College of Teachers;
  • Ability to submit a current Criminal Background Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening (dated within 1 year), or complete the Annual Offence Declaration on the BHN Hub (if retired within 1 year).

About Us

The Brant Haldimand Norfolk Catholic District School Board offers faith-based education to 13,000 students from Six Nations of the Grand River, Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation, Brant, Haldimand, and Norfolk Counties, and the City of Brantford. We have 28 elementary schools, 3 secondary schools, a multisite alternative education school, and 3 administrative offices. The district has 1,700 full and part-time staff committed to Belonging, Teaching and Learning, and Wellness for all.
