Early Childhood Directress at Kinderbrook

Location: Paris

Lead the Casa program as an Early Childhood Directress at Kinder brook Montessori. Create an engaging learning atmosphere for children aged 2 ½ to 6 through Montessori techniques.

At Kinder brook Montessori, we value educators who are committed to nurturing a child's innate ability to learn. This full-time role requires a MACTE or AMI accredited diploma along with knowledge of early childhood development. Effective communication and the ability to work in a team are paramount for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cultivate a positive and inclusive learning space

• Promote social, emotional, and cognitive growth through materials

• Collaborate with guardians on children’s developmental progress

• Implement the Montessori philosophy in teaching

• Maintain an organized and interactive classroom environment

Requirements:

• Valid Early Childhood Montessori Diploma (MACTE or AMI)

• Understanding of CCEYA requirements

• Certification in First Aid and CPR Level C

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Patient and humble in educational approaches
