Position: Full Time Educational Assistant Position

This temporary full time role requires engaging with students in individual and group settings, aiding transitions from home to school, and collaborating with teachers to deliver tailored lessons. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist special needs students with their education plans

• Act as a liaison between students and teachers

• Facilitate and document meetings related to student progress

• Support classroom management and student behavior interventions

• Help plan and implement field trips for students

Requirements:

• Completion of educational assistant program or equivalent experience

• At least one year working with children

• Ability to lift and assist with toileting tasks

• Discretion in handling confidential information

• Basic computer skills for classroom support
