You will design 3D CAD models and CNC files while actively collaborating with teams to drive product development. With a focus on process improvement, your analytical mindset will help cultivate a culture of excellence in manufacturing practices. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop detailed CAD models and CNC files
• Analyze and enhance existing manufacturing processes
• Work on product prototyping and documentation
• Source and select materials that meet production standards
• Maintain compliance with safety protocols
Requirements:
• Engineering Technologist Certificate/Diploma required
• Minimum of 2 years in manufacturing preferred
• Skillful in Solid Works and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of ISO standards and lean principles
• Excellent problem-solving and teamwork abilities
