You will play a key role in managing a combined team of manufacturing specialists and drafters, focusing on the development and quality assurance of Fabrication Work Packages. Your expertise will bridge communication between design and construction teams, facilitating smooth project completion. Prioritizing safety and compliance, you’ll uphold Aecon's standards throughout fabrication processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide the creation and update of Fabrication Work Packages
• Ensure quality and timelines are met through effective team oversight
• Review and approve drawings and technical documentation
• Produce project status reports and adjust schedules
• Coordinate with procurement and QC teams for materials
Requirements:
• At least 5 years of experience in nuclear pipe fabrication
• AutoCAD and Spool Fab proficiency required
• Comprehensive knowledge of pipe and welding codes
• Strong communication and organizational capabilities
• Detail-driven and safety-focused mindset
