The ideal candidate will engage deeply in the troubleshooting and maintenance of automated systems, ensuring seamless integration with Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering teams. Focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence is key to this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and solve issues in control and automation systems

• Optimize automated processing equipment for better performance

• Provide support for industrial networks and PLCs

• Train operators on automation processes and standards

• Document and maintain control system files accurately

Requirements:

• Associate degree in Engineering Technology or related

• Two years of automation experience in a manufacturing setting

• In-depth knowledge of sensors, drives, and electrical systems

• Familiarity with Lean methods and continuous improvement

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
