As the Technical Service Manager, your role involves managing both the manufacturing and drafting teams while developing detailed work packages for pipe fabrication projects. You will ensure compliance with safety standards, provide status reports, and facilitate communication between design and construction teams. Your leadership will be pivotal in maintaining high standards for project quality and execution efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate development of fabrication work packages

• Review and manage drafting team output quality

• Generate project technical documents and procedures

• Provide project status updates and optimize schedules

• Uphold Aecon safety and quality standards
Requirements:

• 5+ years in pipe fabrication, particularly in nuclear

• AutoCAD and Spool Fab experience is a must

• Familiarity with ASME and AWS codes

• Excellent interpersonal and time management skills

• Knowledgeable in Lean Manufacturing principles
