Elevate your career with National Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Canada Corp. as a Refrigeration Design Engineer, focusing on specialized engineering solutions. Utilize your CAD skills to create and optimize refrigeration designs for commercial applications.

In this role, you’ll engage in engineering customer orders, performing capacity calculations and selecting components. Your work will include creating detailed designs using AutoCAD and Solid Edge, managing BOMs, and supporting the production team. You'll also conduct R&D projects involving heat transfer and fluid dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed engineering designs for refrigeration systems

• Manage BOMs accurately for product lines

• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to streamline processes

• Perform calculations and testing in R&D initiatives

• Setup lab equipment for testing and analysis

Requirements:

• Mechanical Engineering Degree or equivalent experience

• At least 3 years in sheet metal design

• Strong knowledge of refrigeration technologies

• Proficient in advanced CAD software

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
