As a Specialist, you will be responsible for managing EMI testing projects, generating qualification test reports, and creating formal test plans. Collaborate with other departments and provide technical guidance on EMI testing, from lightning to ESD requirements. Your expertise will contribute to both internal evaluations and bid preparations while supporting quality initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage EMI test projects and ensure timely output

• Conduct tests at internal and external facilities

• Generate detailed qualification test reports

• Create EMI-centered test plans

• Assist engineers in evaluating designs for EMI/EMC performance

Requirements:

• Understanding of MIL-STD and RTCA standards

• Experience with TILE integrated test software

• Proficiency in Matlab or Python

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 4 years experience
