Position: Electrical Distribution Engineer Role

This role involves ensuring the reliability and efficiency of overhead and underground electrical systems. You'll be responsible for preparing engineering standards, conducting advanced power system studies, and collaborating with various stakeholders. With more than five years of experience in the utility industry, your innovative approach will facilitate the effective management of capital investments and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and approve engineering drawings and standards

• Conduct detailed analysis using advanced software tools

• Support asset management programs and initiatives

• Collaborate on design reviews with teams

• Monitor and recommend process improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering

• P.Eng. designation in Ontario required

• 5+ years of relevant utility experience

• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office

• Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities
