Packaging Systems Engineer

Position: Packaging Systems Engineer Role
Innovate packaging systems as a Packaging Systems Engineer at Volm Companies. This project role emphasizes site travel, customer engagement, and solution development in a dynamic environment.

In this position, you'll report to the VEST Engineering Manager and lead the execution of engineering projects. You'll be responsible for managing projects from concept to completion while creating detailed technical documentation. Your creativity and strong CAD skills will enhance your success in this collaborative role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate customer needs into effective RFQs and specifications

• Assist in on-site installations and engineering support

• Generate accurate and detailed installation drawings

• Coordinate with partners to solve project-specific challenges

• Conduct technical training for team members and clients

Requirements:

• Associate’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience

• Strong background in 2D/3D CAD design

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities

• Willingness to travel frequently as required
