Process Engineer

Position: Full-Time Process Engineer Opening
AWS/CES is actively hiring a Process Engineer to enhance our manufacturing team. This full-time role focuses on optimizing manufacturing processes and driving operational excellence.

The Process Engineer will be responsible for developing, estimating, and implementing manufacturing tooling and processes. You'll create efficient process layouts, support project execution, and analyze project results to drive continuous improvement. This dynamic role is essential for supporting growth and improving overall production efficiency within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop tooling for existing and new manufacturing projects

• Estimate and implement new manufacturing processes

• Assist in creating efficient product flow strategies

• Participate in project planning and execution

• Monitor project results with data-driven analysis

Requirements:

• Associate or Bachelor's Degree in engineering or related field

• Experience in Process Engineering within manufacturing environments

• Preferred automotive manufacturing experience

• Knowledge of robotics and automation processes

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
