Ferrero is seeking a Reliability Engineering Specialist to lead reliability initiatives and improve maintenance strategies. Bring your 4+ years of manufacturing experience, including reliability-focused roles, to collaborate with Maintenance, Production, and Engineering teams. Utilize reliability engineering principles and innovative technologies for continuous improvement across production and utility assets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop maintenance strategies for production and utility assets
• Lead root cause investigations and implement sustainable solutions
• Analyze performance data to identify improvement opportunities
• Support predictive maintenance programs and condition monitoring
• Optimize SAP PM asset structures and reporting
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering discipline
• 4+ years of manufacturing experience, 2+ years in reliability
• Knowledge of predictive maintenance technologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with automated manufacturing systems
