As the Control Systems Specialist at Apotex, you'll be responsible for the design, programming, and troubleshooting of automation solutions within a regulated environment. This position requires strong skills in PLC and HMI programming, ensuring your contributions lead to optimal manufacturing practices. You'll collaborate across departments to uphold high standards of quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement automation solutions for controlled systems
• Program and troubleshoot DCS, PLC, and HMI devices
• Support compliance during audits and inspections
• Lead software validation testing and documentation efforts
• Ensure adherence to change control protocols
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or technical equivalent
• Five-plus years in pharmaceutical control system environments
• Proven experience with Emerson DeltaV DCS
• Skills in cGMP documentation for process validation
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
