Casino Host – 1 Year Contract – Brantford Casino
We are looking for a Host to build and maintain relationships with VIP and high‑value guests, deliver exceptional service, and drive loyalty and incremental revenue at Brantford Casino.
Responsibilities- Build and manage a personal Book of Business of VIP guests, providing personalized attention and executing VIP requests.
- Monitor guest activity, gather preferences, and tailor memorable experiences.
- Promote property events and use targeted sales and tele‑marketing strategies to increase engagement and visitation.
- Drive revenue growth by recognizing and rewarding play, approving comps, and identifying new business opportunities.
- Proactively contact guests via phone, e‑mail, and social channels to strengthen relationships and generate repeat visitation.
- Assist in planning and executing VIP events on‑site and off‑site, ensuring seamless guest experiences.
- Use CRM tools to analyze guest activity, recommend reinvestment strategies, and collaborate with marketing and operations teams.
- Promote responsible gaming practices, report concerns, and comply with all licensing and safety regulations.
- Post‑secondary education or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 2 years of guest/customer service experience; casino hosting, hospitality, sales, or tele‑marketing preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proven ability to meet outreach and sales goals using telemarketing and prospecting strategies.
- Experience or understanding of casino table games, loyalty programs, and player tracking systems preferred.
- Excellent problem‑solving, guest service, and ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
- Self‑motivated with strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Solid knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.
- Additional language skills or bilingualism is an asset.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods.
- Valid driver’s license (travel between sites may be required).
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Gaming License.
