As a Customer Service Cashier, you will operate under the supervision of the Manager or Supervisor. Your primary responsibilities include cash administration and performing cash counts while contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. You will be expected to follow policies closely and serve guests with professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform cash transactions, including foreign currency exchanges
• Monitor cash activities and report discrepancies
• Redeem gaming tickets and value chips for cash
• Verify and process gaming machine fills
• Foster strong guest and team member relationships
Requirements:
• High School Diploma; higher education is advantageous
• Over 1 year in high-volume cash handling
• Capability to secure a Gaming License
• Strong service-oriented communication abilities
• Flexibility with working hours
