Located in Waterloo, ONT, this position involves in-depth analysis to support Personal and Commercial Insurance businesses. Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will be integral in providing insightful P&L reporting and collaborating across departments for financial planning. You will leverage advanced tools to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual P&L reports
• Craft executive-level reporting and variance analyses
• Partner with business teams for performance evaluation
• Facilitate month-end process and financial reconciliations
• Identify improvement opportunities in reporting methods
Requirements:
• University degree in Finance, Business, or similar
• 1+ years in financial analysis or FP&A
• Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills required
• Familiarity with P&C insurance preferred
• Clear communication and problem-solving skills
